Flight Plan 2.0 is the evolution of the ground breaking, life changing system designed by FocalPoint Business Coach John Cutler as a way of giving back. Its purpose is to equip high school students and young adults with success principles and skills that will empower them to create an incredible future for themselves and the communities they live in.

  1. An online career planning insights assessment – an invaluable tool that provides potential career paths the individual should consider based on their behavioural style.

Participants will receive access to an educational recorded webcast on how to analyze their career assessment, and how to apply it to their life.  They'll also receive critical communication tips that will accelerate their success in life by helping them communicate more effectively with other behavioural styles.

  3. Access to the Flight Plan 2.0 90-minute ONLINE presentation and goal setting workshop. Topics include how changing your thinking can change your life, the power of choice, and how to effectively and consistently construct written goals. Participants will be provided a PDF workbook.

  4. Weekly, on-going educational, and motivational follow-up support through social media from John Cutler to hold the students accountable on their path to success.
